Return & Exchange Policy

For damaged goods, send us an email email@example.com attach a clear photo(s) and the order number within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We'll deliver you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
A Reply Paid address will be provided to you to return the damaged goods at your local Australia Post Shop.
Under certain circumstances we can offer a Credit or Refund once the items are returned to us.
